That was a VERY pathetic attempt at football. At no point in the game did UCF deserve to win. O’leary has NO ability to adapt to a game. Samford completed passes in the flat the entire night. I’m no football genius, but maybe you call a little cover 2 to stop that. What was also frustrating was penalty after stupid penalty. Have these guys been coached at all? Don’t get me started on the kicker… Or lack there of. The offense has made no improvement. The only change I saw was getting Rocky Ross back so we have a receiver who can actually catch the ball (Kamar, your scholarship is currently under review). Overall Samford looked well coached for this game, and UCF looked about as good as teams I played on in middle school. The only good thing about this game is I can say I made it to the one game UCF won this year.

At least you were spared the visual. The sight of that field goal being rejected by the goal post actually made me laugh. You knowm one of those “I can’t believe we suck this bad” kind of laughs.

Unfortunately, I believe that is true. They won tonight and looked badly doing it. I live in Texas now and listened to the game on the radio. I want to believe that the Knights will improve to win the conference, but that is a not likely and are still scheduled to play Texas and Miami. I hate to sound pessimistic, but it may be time for a change.
