I'm a big UCF fan, and I have been since I began attending that institution in 1999 (yes, I did finish). I've never rooted against UCF or not attended/watched a game to punish the team, but I do see where you are coming from. I found it very hard to go to the UCF/UAB game a few weeks ago. I only went to see our amazing seniors on defense one last time, and the ticket was given to me. The ticket was given to me because 1 season ticket holder, as well as countless others, decided they would rather do anything but watch UCF football. It will be a tough decision for any potential season ticket holder. Thankfully I will not be faced with that decision as I'll be in some GI Joe schools provided by Uncle Sam.

I definately root for UCF and hope they win every game they play. I think most people on here think that way too.
I believe when you hire a coach you need to give him 5 years no matter what. (unless there are off the field issues or scandals.)
Well, we have given GOL 5 years and here we are again, 2003 all over again. If the powers that be hadn't jumped the gun on giving GOL a 10 year extension after year 2, we would have a new coach right now.
When UCF goes 7-5 next year (hoping), the supporters will say "give him one more year as we had some injuries and are young". GOL has yet to produce a signature win at the school. Texas last year was the best game yet a loss. Beating Tulsa (twice) was probably GOL's best wins at the school. Those wins hardly get a notice nationwide. He has had several blowout losses under his watch ( too many to name here.) If people are happy with those results then GOL can remain our head coach, if not then there is only one option. See ya George
